Feeding Myself

  • Ever skip breakfast and really don't feel good a few hours later?
  • Do you feel like you are on a rollercoaster ride throughout the day with major crashes?
  • Have you noticed a difference in your mood when you eat a lot of sugar?
  • Do you feel extra tired after eating certain meals?
  • Are you overwhelmed trying to eat the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables everyday? 
  • Maybe you feel bored with the meals that you are eating? 
  • Do you forget how much water you are drinking throughout the course of the day and wonder if you are drinking enough?

From going through daily life and by reading lots of ADHD articles and books I can tell that diet has a significant impact on ADHD. This is why I am going to create a new section on my blog where I will share the experiments, tips and tricks that I use to keep myself fueled throughout the day!
